Technical recruitment often values speed over fit, leading to mismatched hires and low retention. Companies struggle to find talent in areas like functional programming, AI and public sector transformation, while candidates deal with recruiters who lack technical understanding.
Traditional models prioritise quick placements over long-term partnerships, putting profit before ethics.
This created an opportunity to build and communitate recruitment model grounded in genuine technical expertise, commercial success with B Corp standards and a people-first approach.

The design established a modular brand system that serves distinct markets, from functional programming to public sector transformation and IT consulting, while maintaining clear recognition and consistent professionalism.



Design in action
The design process began by exploring how technical recruitment could succeed commercially while acting as a force for good. This led to a unified brand system adaptable across three specialist brands.
Modular brand architecture: A cyan-and-green geometric logo that works across sub-brands while keeping recognition and professionalism.
Full-service design approach: A complete brand identity covering visuals, digital presence, guidelines, and documentation to reflect B Corp values and technical expertise.
Specialist positioning: Clear differentiation for functional programming, public sector, and IT consulting markets while maintaining shared values and a cohesive visual language.
What changed
